By using flow.url, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

flow.url is a URL shortening service designed for small and medium businesses. We provide link shortening, custom domains, QR code generation, analytics, and related features as described on our website.

Beta Service Notice

Our service is currently in beta. While we strive for reliability, beta services may experience occasional downtime or issues. We are committed to maintaining this service for a minimum of 5 years as a dedicated microsaas project.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
• Malware, viruses, or other harmful code distribution
• Spam, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Adult content or content harmful to minors
• Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
• Activities that could damage or overload our infrastructure

Account Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and current account information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us of any unauthorized account access
• Comply with our usage limits and restrictions

Pricing and Payment

Beta lifetime users pay a one-time fee of $100 for lifetime access with the features specified in their plan (5 custom domains, 1 year data retention, unlimited links and QR codes). Regular pricing will be $19/month after beta launch. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or experience outages. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.

Data and Privacy

Your use of our service is subject to our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we provide tools for data export. We may aggregate anonymous usage statistics for service improvement.

Intellectual Property

flow.url and our service technology are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our service. You grant us a license to process and display your content as necessary to provide our service.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for our service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, though some provisions of these terms will survive.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
